Your details stay protected
When we introduce you to an employer, we do that anonymously at first. We also anonymise your CV for that.
An employer then sees, for example:
- your first name and town
- the work you are looking for
- relevant work experience, education and certificates
- skills, driving licence and languages
- your availability and hours
Not visible in that first presentation:
- your last name
- your full address
- your private phone number and e-mail address
- your date of birth, social security number and ID details
Later in the process, for an interview or a placement, some details may be needed. We only share them with that one employer and only after you know about it.
You stay in control as much as possible over what is shared later.
